CaaS is built to be different. We combine deep expertise in security and compliance with the breadth to tackle technology and organisational challenges at the same time. We work hands-on, not at arm's length through layers of junior consultants. We measure our success by how capable your team is when we leave, not by how long we stay. CaaS stands for Consulting as a Service: good consulting should be accessible, proportionate, and genuinely useful.

John
Co-founder & Partner
John brings deep expertise in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. His background spans financial services, critical infrastructure, and technology, with a track record of building security programmes that work in practice, not just on paper. He leads CaaS's security and compliance practice.
Michiel
Co-founder & Partner
Michiel combines technical depth with product and organisational thinking. His background covers software engineering, product development, cloud architecture, and digital transformation. He has led engineering teams and technology programmes at scale, always with a focus on building things that last. He leads CaaS's technology practice.

CaaS Consultancy is based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We work with clients across the Netherlands and wider Europe, on-site and remotely. Most engagements are a mix of both.
